Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe has launched Paulaner Weissbier 0.0%, the non-alcoholic reinterpretation of one of the most famous Weissbiers of the Bavarian tradition.
“This is not a new product created to follow a trend,” the company states in a note. “Long before non-alcoholic beer became a global phenomenon and an increasingly popular choice among consumers, we had already paved the way for innovation. In fact, in 1986, we were the first brewery in the world to create a non-alcoholic Weissbier. A pioneering vision that has helped redefine the very concept of alcohol-free beer: not an alternative, but a choice that offers quality, character and aromatic complexity “.
Paulaner Weissbier 0.0% remains faithful to its original character: fresh, fragrant, immediate, with fruity notes of banana, hints of biscuit, a delicate touch of yeast, which defines its aromatic signature, and only 24 kcal per 100 ml. The result is a balanced, smooth profile, but rich in nuances, designed for a simple drink that is never dull.
Produced according to the traditional Paulaner method for top-fermented Weissbier, it is made from wheat and barley malts, Herkules hops, water and yeast. Only later is the alcohol removed through a particularly delicate process, designed to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the beer and keep its aromatic profile intact. The result is a 0.0% Weissbier with a full and natural taste, to be served cold, at around 7°C.
Paulaner Weissbier 0.0%, available in a 50 cl format, both in cans and bottles, is part of the growing interest in quality non-alcoholic beers, which are increasingly present in everyday consumption. Thanks to its naturally isotonic profile, it is an ideal choice for breaks and recharging during the day, especially in the warmer months. The presence of balanced salts and sugars also contributes to a feeling of freshness and hydration.
