Food safety: two free courses from the Modena AUSL

The first will be held on 8 October and will cover the classification of Rte foods. The second, on the other hand, is scheduled for 22 October and will concern the validation of production processes for export to the USA

The Modena Local Health Authority is organising two free courses for food business operators, consultants and official inspectors.

The first event will be held on 8 October and will focus on the classification of ready-to-eat foods according to the Listeria monocytogenes criterion provided for in Regulation (EC) 2073/2005. The second, scheduled for 22 October, will instead cover the validation of production processes, with specific reference to exports to the United States.

Both courses will take place in the Pellegrino Vecchiati Room at Baggiovara Hospital, from 8.20 am to 5.15 pm.
