The free training course“Energy Upgrade Facilitator”, promoted by ENEA as part of the Italy in Class A National Campaign in collaboration with SAIE – The Construction Trade Fair, continues with great success in terms of participants .
The fourth webinar of the Masterclass, entitled “From the technical proposal to the decision: tools to facilitate the choice”, is scheduled for 16 September. During the meeting, fundamental aspects will be explored in depth, such as:
- how the site inspection progresses;
- gathering relevant information;
- effective presentation of the proposal;
- handling objections;
- follow-up and support for the decision.
The course will then continue on 23 September with the online practical workshop “Facilitator in Action”, a hands-on session dedicated to applications based on real-life cases, discussion among participants, operational feedback and consolidation of skills.
The ENEA-SAIE Masterclass supports the development of skills in the construction and energy redevelopment sector, with the aim of training professionals capable of translating technical complexity into understandable value and supporting customers and clients in their choices related to energy efficiency.
Participation in the Masterclass is free of charge and is aimed at designers, technicians, installers, energy consultants and professionals in the construction industry.
Those who register will receive the exclusive Facilitator Toolkit, full of checklists, objection maps and ready-to-use templates.
The course will finally culminate in an in-person event at SAIE 2026 (BolognaFiere, 7-10 October), with live challenges and simulations based on real cases.
