The announcement was made at Vinitaly 2026: it marks the 30th anniversary of a wine that defines the Foss Marai tradition, the Marai de Marai, a sparkling wine created in 1996, a special and highly prized bottle. Foss Marai presents a Limited Edition that offers a true journey through time, reintroducing the bottle in its original Blu Marine version.

This special edition is not merely an aesthetic tribute, but aims to celebrate the original product as it was created, through a blend of local grapes with a touch of Chardonnay, while retaining the use of Sant’Antonio yeast: ingredients that give the wine its distinctive and unique character.

Marai de Marai 30 is presented in an Extra Dry version, characterised by a bright straw-yellow colour and elegant bubbles, and impresses with its freshness, which evokes unique emotions.

Andrea Biasiotto, Sales Director of Foss Marai, states: “In the current climate, which is often characterised by a sombre mood, the launch of the historic Blu Marine bottle aims to bring excitement, light-heartedness and positivity: it is an invitation to live well, to savour every moment, and to enjoy precious moments.”

The Limited Edition of Marai de Marai will be available from the end of April, while stocks last.
