Kel-Erm Vario is the natural evolution of Icotek’s established cable routing system, specifically designed to offer maximum flexibility when routing cables with connectors: the various possible configurations can be achieved using a single frame, without the need to replace it.

The product’s unique feature is the removable divider, which allows the frame to adapt to any application. This means it can be fitted with a variable number of small or large KT grommets. A single frame is sufficient to cover all the variants available for this product version.

Depending on the grommet used, cables with diameters from 1 to 16 mm (single cable grommet from KT 1 to KT15) or from 13 to 35 mm (single cable grommet from KTG 13 to KT34) can be routed and sealed to IP65 or UL Type 12 protection ratings. Tensile strength is guaranteed in accordance with EN 62444.

The cable glands are secured inside the frame during assembly. Once the frame has been assembled, the cover is tightened using the fixing screws.

Thanks to the integrated seal, IP65 protection is guaranteed in all configurations.
