Acqua Sant’Anna has introduced an advanced MES system across the sixteen bottling lines at its plant in Vinadio (CN). Each fully automated line produces bottles ranging from 0.25 to 2 litres at speeds of between 54,000 and 81,000 bottles per hour, giving a total capacity of around 3.5 billion bottles per year.

Thanks to digitalisation with sedApta, every stage of production is monitored in real time: from work order management to quality control via checklists, and from process traceability to asset maintenance. The data collected enables immediate analysis, ensuring consistent standards and an estimated 15–20% reduction in line downtime, with a 10–12% increase in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
“Guiding production towards a fully digitalised model means transforming data into operational insights, ensuring consistent quality and food safety”, emphasises Emanuele Bottaro, Sales Manager at Elisa Industriq Italy. “Our solution”, he adds, “enables Acqua Sant’Anna to monitor every line in real time, respond swiftly to critical issues and ensure high and reliable performance”.
