The Piedmont-based co-manufacturing company has published its first Sustainability Report and continues to invest in its new production site in Lessona

BUBBLE Bev, a Meadlight Drinks brand founded in 2021 and specialising in co-manufacturing and contract production of customised beverages, after exceeding 4.2 million euros in 2024, closes 2025 with a turnover of almost 7.4 million euros.
This result is accompanied by a €13 million investment plan for technological innovation and plant redevelopment.

The first Sustainability Report and its impact on the local area

In 2026, the company also published its first Sustainability Report for 2025 and adopted the 231 Organisational Model. In the same year, it obtained the ISO 9001 and IFS Food certifications and the ChooseMyCompany® Employees certification, relating to the quality of life in the company and the involvement of employees.
For the Piedmont-based company, this commitment also concerns its relationship with its local area.
In fact, the choice of the Lessona site made it possible to reclaim a former textile area that had been abandoned for over ten years, restoring it to a productive function without consuming new land.

The company has also adopted a policy that excludes secondary packaging, favouring highly recyclable materials such as glass, aluminium and drums, and uses 100% FSC-certified cardboard.
In 2025, 100% of the waste generated, classified as non-hazardous, was sent for recovery or recycling.
In the same year, the emission intensity, relative to turnover, decreased by 24.8% compared to the previous year.
For 2026, the company has also set itself the target of reducing overall emissions by 30% through the procurement of electricity covered by Guarantees of Origin and plans to install a large photovoltaic system.
The company’s local commitment also includes prevention initiatives carried out with LILT Biella and social projects developed with Cascina Oremo.

New facilities and increased production capacity

Also in 2025, a new energy-efficient bottling line and a new line for drums were installed at the 12,500 m² plant in Lessona. These lines expand production capacity and will enable us to handle different formats and volumes. “The results for 2025 and the commissioning of the new production lines confirm the direction we have taken. Today we can handle different volumes and formats with a much greater production capacity, without compromising on flexibility – an element that remains absolutely central to our relationship with customers. We want to continue to grow in co-manufacturing by offering an even more efficient and flexible service”, say Nick Ranghino and Luca Rosa, founders of BUBBLE Bev.
