TT Italy designs and manufactures industrial turbo mixers for cream or for liquid batters, engineered for the industrial bakery and food processing industry. They are studied to deliver perfect bakery mixtures: smooth creams, light aerated batters and consistent textures.

Patented Turbo Mixer is engineered to precisely emulsify and/or aerate, through the injection of pressurized air or nitrogen, cream and liquid batter by constantly controlling in a precise manner the desired density of the final product.

Thanks to its Double Cooling System, monoblock structure and the turbo head EDM-carved pins, it guarantees consistent results by assuring a digitally monitored and fully automatic continuous mixing process.  

The mixer provides complete control over the process parameters, allowing you continuous mixing in a closed system with reduction of downtime and no human interference. It comes with built-in cleaning features and plug & play CIP capability for sanitation.
