With a new dealcoholisation plant in Savignano sul Panaro, Caviro is one of the pioneers in the production and bottling of low-alcohol ‘Made in Italy’ wines. Tavernellow 3% vol will be previewed at Vinitaly 2026 and will subsequently be available on the shelves in two versions: white and rosé
