Pietro Coricelli launches a new line of seed oils

Pietro Coricelli, an Italian company specializing in the production of extra virgin olive oil, has launched its new Pietro Coricelli Seed Oils line, designed to offer the oil best suited to each intended use.

The range consists of five products:

  • Sunflower Seed Oil, the most versatile and, thanks to its high smoke point, ideal for frying, sautéing, and baking. It is also suitable for raw use in sauces and dressings;
  • Friggiamo, obtained from a sunflower variety with a high oleic acid content and specifically designed for frying;
  • Corn Seed Oil, which is best used raw;
  • Peanut Seed Oil, ideal for preparations that require longer cooking times and high temperatures, such as deep frying or prolonged cooking;
  • Viviamo, a blend of avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and sunflower oil, designed for those seeking well-being and lightness without sacrificing flavor, is particularly suitable for dressing salads, fresh recipes, and delicate cooking, especially fish.

All products are available in a 1-liter PET bottle made from 100% recycled plastic, with a shape designed for easy handling. Each product is recognizable by a distinctive color, consistent with the raw material, while the front of the pack lists the recommended uses to guide consumers in choosing the most suitable oil for each preparation.
