Vinolok, a global leader in the production of premium glass closures for the wine and spirits sector, announces the establishment of Vinolok Italia S.r.l., the group’s first international subsidiary, operational as of April 1, 2026.
The creation of this subsidiary represents a strategic milestone in the company’s growth journey and underscores the importance of the Italian market, a benchmark for innovation and quality in the wine & spirits sector. The objective is to strengthen the company’s direct presence in the territory and consolidate dialogue with wineries, distilleries, and industry operators.
The new subsidiary will be led by Filippo Peroni as General Manager, with responsibility for coordinating and developing all activities across the Italian market.

Vinolok Italia is built on a history of success developed over time, further strengthened through its partnership with Amorim Cork Italia. The joint efforts of the two teams, under the leadership of Carlos Veloso dos Santos, have played a key role in increasing brand awareness and progressively strengthening the trust of industry operators.
Carlos Veloso dos Santos commented: «Our collaboration continues, and the creation of Vinolok Italia represents a natural next step. The new subsidiary will enable a dedicated team to focus on the development of the Italian market, further strengthening the solid foundations we have built together».

Filippo Peroni adds: «We are confident that this new phase will further strengthen collaboration with our Italian partners and support the continued growth of the premium glass closure market in Italy».
The establishment of Vinolok Italia will ensure full continuity of existing partnerships and current commercial conditions, providing stability to current customers and partners. At the same time, the presence of a dedicated local structure will enable an even more targeted, responsive, and specialized approach, supported by a team entirely focused on the Italian market.
With Vinolok Italia, the group takes a significant step in its internationalization strategy, strengthening its presence in one of the most strategic global markets for the wine & spirits sector.
