On 10 September, the State-Regions Conference approved the agreement, pursuant to Article 4(1) of Legislative Decree No. 281 of 28 August 1997, between the Government, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, concerning the document setting out the ‘Guidelines for the operation and improvement of official activities carried out by the competent health authorities in the fields of food safety and veterinary public health’.
The 2013 guidelines have therefore been updated in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/625.
