Share

The event serves as a meeting platform for the entire beverage supply chain: from processing technologies to packaging and raw materials, through to solutions for automation, digitalization, and production efficiency

From 10 to 12 November 2026, the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre will host the next edition of BrauBeviale, one of the international reference events for the beverage industry. Under the motto “All Beverages. One Future.”, the trade fair is further broadening its scope as a meeting platform for the entire beverage value chain: from process technology and filling to packaging and raw materials, as well as solutions for automation, digitalisation and production efficiency. For industry professionals, it offers a concrete opportunity to explore innovations reshaping the market and to plan future investments.

The beverage industry is undergoing profound change. Evolving consumption patterns, growing demand for differentiated products, pressure on energy costs and the need to improve sustainability and efficiency are reshaping corporate strategies. Increasing production capacity alone is no longer enough: companies need flexible plants that can adapt quickly to new beverage categories while optimising every stage of the production process.

One of the most significant developments is the expansion of product portfolios. More and more companies are exploring ways to diversify production, introduce new beverage categories and make better use of existing equipment through targeted technical adaptations. Growing demand for soft drinks, alcohol-free and low-alcohol beverages, functional products and premium offerings requires increasingly versatile processes and solutions capable of ensuring quality, efficiency and rapid changeovers.

To address these needs, BrauBeviale will bring together international players from across the value chain: plant manufacturers, process technology suppliers, filling and packaging systems, packaging solutions, raw materials, automation, digitalisation, quality control, logistics and energy-efficiency solutions. This comprehensive ecosystem enables visitors to assess the entire value chain and identify technologies that best match their investment plans.

Another new feature for 2026 is the revised exhibition layout across Halls 6 to 12 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. The more compact configuration is designed to optimise visitor flows, facilitate meetings between exhibitors and industry professionals, and strengthen networking – traditionally one of BrauBeviale‘s key advantages.

Alongside the exhibition, the supporting programme will provide insights into some of the beverage industry’s most pressing issues. Under the theme “Time for Opportunities”, experts and companies will present practical applications, technological innovations and solutions focusing on production efficiency, sustainability and new business models, with an emphasis on approaches that can be transferred into industrial practice.

For production managers, plant technicians, packaging managers and entrepreneurs, BrauBeviale is therefore much more than a trade fair. It is an opportunity to engage with international suppliers, evaluate new technologies, identify strategic partners and gain practical insights for navigating a continuously evolving market.dustria beverage.
