The protection of agri-food quality, the fight against fraud and the system of controls will be the focus of the event “Presentation of the ICQRF 2025 Activity Report”, scheduled for Tuesday 15 September 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, in the Aula Consiliare of Palazzo Pacanowski at the University of Naples Parthenope, in Via Generale Parisi 13, Naples.

The initiative will provide an opportunity to learn more about the activities carried out by the Central Inspectorate for the Protection of Quality and the Suppression of Fraud in Agri-Food Products (Icqrf), a body of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry committed to the prevention and suppression of offences in the agri-food sector and the protection of Italian products.

Prof. Daniela Covino, Director of the Department of Economic and Legal Studies at the University of Naples Parthenope, will open the proceedings with institutional greetings. The meeting will be moderated by Prof. Flavio Boccia, full professor at the University of Naples.

The programme includes a speech by Felice Assenza, Head of Department of the Central Inspectorate for the Protection of Quality and the Suppression of Fraud in Agri-Food Products, among others .

The discussion between institutions, academia, supervisory authorities, professionals and specialised communication will offer the opportunity to explore not only the results of the work carried out by the ICQRF, but also the prospects and new challenges facing the agri-food control system.
