The machine enables the filling and sealing of preformed doses ranging from 1 to 30 ml, meeting the needs of companies operating in the food, pharmaceutical, diagnostic sectors.

An evolution of the Mi.Ri. filling line, the new version introduces improvements in performance and process management, including optimized vial transport and reduced waste.

This semi-automatic system is designed to handle containers made of pharmaceutical-grade plastic film, ensuring reliability even in controlled environments and clean rooms.

One of key advantages is the absence of mold costs, thanks over hundred pre-existing formats, allowing for quick changeovers and high production versatility without additional investment. The containers, supplied in reels directly by the company, can be filled with liquids, oils, and thanks to the optional Dosa unit, also with creamy and semi-solid products.
