The KEL-ERM-VARIO is the latest evolution of icotek’s proven divisible cable entry system. Thanks to the removable divider strip, the product offers guaranteed flexibility, enabling it to adapt to all application requirements without the need for replacement.

The KEL-ERM VARIO can be assembled quickly and easily. It has been specifically designed to offer maximum flexibility: the various possible configurations can be achieved using a single frame, which no longer needs to be replaced. This saves warehouse space, reduces the number of part numbers to manage, and increases flexibility in design and assembly. Its modular design makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications, from mass-produced machines to customised solutions. Depending on requirements, the frame can be fitted with either small or large rubber pads.

Tailored to your application

Depending on the rubber grommet used, cables with a diameter of 1 to 16 mm (single rubber grommet from KT 1 to KT 15) or 16 to 35 mm (single rubber grommet from KT 16 to KT 34) can be routed and sealed; furthermore, tensile strength is guaranteed in accordance with EN 62444. The rubber grommets are secured inside the frame during assembly. Once the frame is assembled, the end cover is secured using the fixing screws.

The KEL-ERM VARIO is compatible with the opening sizes of standard 10-, 16- and 24-pin industrial connectors, as well as with a 46×46 mm opening.

Thanks to the integrated gasket, a high IP65 protection rating is guaranteed in all possible configurations.
