Sanitization: bioluminometer for rapid monitoring

Share

The tool, produced by Charm Sciences, provides a result in a few seconds and allows you to export the results obtained

NOVALUM II X by Charm Sciences, together with the Pocketswab Plus rapid swabs that detect the presence of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), is the ideal ally for the rapid control of line sanitization.

In just 5 seconds the test detects the ATP present and returns a result in RLU (Relative Light Units).

The NOVALUM II X is equipped with a photomultiplier which significantly increases the readout sensitivity and the rapid swabs incorporate a biofilm disruptor which ensures greater accuracy in the detection of biofilm-protected pathogens.

It also supports the reading of a complete family of Charm tests: Pocketswab Plus to detect ATP on dry surfaces (systems, environments, operator hands, packaging); Watergiene to detect ATP in water and on wet surfaces; Fieldswab to detect ATP in outdoor situations (trucks, silos, outdoor tanks); Allergiene to detect the presence of allergens (useful for operators who handle returnable glass).

All tests provide a numerical result within seconds, allowing for immediate corrective action without having to wait the very long times (1-3 days) required for traditional microbiological analyses.

Another strong point of the NOVALUM II X system is the Novalink connection software for exporting the analyses performed, which allows you to extract the results in real time into a practical Excel file and process reports automatically.
