The continuous research by the R&G Group with brands such as Robino & Galandrino, Omar, Cames, TS Packaging have led to the development, for example, of the family of the hooder in EVO PLUS configuration with inclined worktable in AISI 304 stainless steel which also includes electronic axes (brushless motorization).

About capsuling machines, R&G has developed “universal” machines as in the case of the “ROYAL FLUSH EVO”. Designed to cap both still and sparkling wine, the machine essentially consists of 2 sections: Still wine section and Sparkling wine section. The first carousel is dedicated to vision systems for bottle and capsule alignment. Pleating and smoothing are entrusted to the next two carousels, which, in keeping with R&G tradition, are dedicated. Royal Flush can be configured by positioning the sparkling section before still wine, allowing the dedicated carousel to be used for scanning and aligning for still wine capsuling as well.

The SNIPER platform, which brings together all vision solutions (fiber optics, lasers and cameras) for orientations and centering of bottles, capsules and cages, can be integrated on the entire range of capsulators.

Camera vision systems operate on a dedicated platform and use the most advanced components available on the market. They feature great ease and flexibility in creating and managing capsule and bottle orientation recipes.
