According to the judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU in Case C-657/24 of 17 September 2026, Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 must be interpreted as meaning that written advertising intended to promote a food supplement does not fall within the concept of labelling for the purposes of that provision; the mandatory information listed in that provision need not appear in written advertising intended to promote a food supplement where that information is included on the labelling of the supplement itself
