The machine automatically adapts to the set recipe, allowing for precise portions and an optimized production process. The traditional vertical cutting mode is enhanced by the inclined cutting option, which allows the product to be cut from different angles.
Thanks to the new Trap-door system, portions can be quickly directed to different production lines or transferred to an additional modular belt, optimizing efficiency and reducing downtime.
The Special Safety Program enables the belts to operate in washing mode even with the protective covers open, automatically deactivating the cutting function to ensure safe sanitization and maintenance operations.
