To meet these needs, Concetti has developed IMF for flour, an automatic bagging machine designed to deliver speed, precision and premium bag quality.

The machine is designed to weigh, fill and close preformed open-mouth bags from 5 to 25 kg and beyond, with an output of up to 800 bags per hour. Thanks to its dual net-weight scale with auger feeding and double filling spout, fills two bags simultaneously with flour and blends with low flowability.

The dust-tight bag holding system ensures clean and safe operations, while the “Pinch Top” closure, based on folding and reactivating heat-sensitive adhesives, guarantees high food safety standards and a stable, regular bag presentation.

The machine allows automatic bag size changeover in just 60 seconds and integrates with labelling and Print & Apply systems, supporting traceability and regulatory compliance.
