Modular SL is the labelling solution chosen by Schenk Italia, thanks to its outstanding flexibility and advanced on-board technology. The latest machine, installed in 2022, is equipped with 6 fixed pressure sensitive labelling stations and 1 cold glue labelling unit on cart, capable of applying up to six different labels on a single bottle: I-L-U seals, medal, neck label, front and back labels. Among the most appreciated special solutions on board are the Non Stop system and the PE Vision system for label centring and UV mark reading. Modular SL is an icon of flexibility: a single machine available in seven different carousel diameters, with fixed or mobile labelling stations, and a production speed of up to 72,000 bph. It is a multi-configuration, multi-technology solution, designed to integrate interchangeable labelling units with all the available application technologies on board.
