Enolmeccanica Vallebelbo, based in Cossano Belbo (CN), has been designing and manufacturing capping and rinsing systems for the bottling industry since 1983. The experience gained over time has led to the development of single-head, revolving, and multi-head capping machines, ensuring production rates of up to 12,000 bph.

The REVOLVER capper represents the pinnacle of operational flexibility. Its compact design features the installation of two different capping heads on a single base, allowing for the application of different types of closures with a simple 180° rotation of the central turret.

Thanks to custom 3D design, the machine can combine a wide variety of closures: straight and mushroom cork, aluminum screw caps, crown and ring pull caps, plastic pre-threaded caps, pressure and T-cork (in addition to special types).

Built entirely in 304 stainless steel to ensure hygiene and durability, and equipped with advanced control sensors and quick format changeovers, our solutions offer versatile, tailor-made productivity for every bottling need.
