For over twenty years, Comek has been designing and manufacturing automatic weighing and packaging systems, developing tailor-made solutions that meet manufacturers’ requirements in terms of accuracy, flexibility and hygiene. Thanks to its extensive experience in the food industry, the company supports its customers in the development of integrated production lines designed to meet specific processing needs. During Cibus Tec 2026, Comek will showcase two configurations representing some of its technologies developed for the dairy industry.
A flexible solution for weighing and packaging
The first configuration will feature the CK14ST multihead weigher combined with the OMNYA EVO 330-HS vertical packaging machine. The system is designed to provide maximum packaging flexibility, allowing the production of different bag styles, including 3-side seal bags, doypacks, pillow bags, block bottom bags and stabilo bags, with the option of integrating a zip closure. This configuration enables manufacturers to manage different production requirements with a compact and versatile solution, ensuring high weighing accuracy and reliable packaging performance.
A solution focused on hygiene and sanitation
The second configuration will feature a CK14ST multihead weigher integrated with an INOX CMP conveyor, designed for connection to CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems. Integration with the CIP system improves washing efficiency, reduces the need for manual intervention, and improves the hygiene management of the production line. The configuration will also include a demonstration system dedicated to the washing and sanitation of the removable parts of the multihead weigher. The washing walls, normally installed close to the weigher, simplify the cleaning of all removable product-contact components. They can also be supplied in mobile version, allowing easy handling of the components during cleaning and maintenance operations. Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, the washing walls are designed to accommodate components such as weigh buckets, chutes and feed channels. Dedicated hooks and spacers keep all parts properly organised during sanitation, improving both cleaning efficiency and operational management.
Integrated technologies for the food industry
The joint presence of Comek and INOX CMP will give visitors the opportunity to see practical solutions covering different stages of the production process, from product handling to weighing and packaging. The aim is to demonstrate how complementary technologies can be integrated to create efficient, flexible production lines designed to meet customers’ requirements.
