In the modern beverage industry, there is no longer a single bottling logic: each type of drink requires different technological choices. The real challenge is not only producing more, but producing better, with flexible, efficient and sustainable plants. In this direction, BBM Packaging selected used machines are positioned, designed to adapt to different production needs.
Among the available solutions, the Krones Contiform S8 + Mecafill Combi represents a concrete example of this philosophy applied to used PET industrial equipment. It is a system designed for bottling water and beverages that combines: KRONES Contiform S8 stretch-blow moulding technology; Mecafill filling precision; KRONES capping reliability with Alaska thread finish.
An added value is that the machine can be seen in production until February 2027.
Alongside PET, the market continues to require solutions dedicated to glass, especially in the premium and spirits segments, where packaging perceived value is an integral part of the product. In this context, one of the upcoming additions to the BBM Packaging portfolio is a complete glass bottling line for the alcoholic beverages sector. The line includes a rinser, filler, capper and labeller, and is designed to handle high-quality production typical of spirits and premium products.
In addition, BBM Packaging offers a full range of services supporting the entire lifecycle of production lines, from evaluation and takeover of decommissioned plants through dismantling, relocation and reinstallation with commissioning at the customer’s site. Format change adaptations and safety upgrades are also available, along with periodic maintenance programmes and compatible spare parts kits for in-house maintenance activities.
