Suitable for high viscosity food products, this double automatic linear filling machine with 2 banks of 5 nozzles each with 1100 ml dosers, filling range from 50 to 1000 g. Volumetric pressure filling are dosing cylinder management with 5 brushless motors, one per dosing unit.

Controlled by plc, the dosing machine has the following features: service tank, capacity 50 litres each; tank and valves with front sliding mechanism for easy cleaning; one automatic product inlet valve; two min/max product level floats + overflow safety float; dosing adjustment via touch screen with storable recipes; pneumatic product discharge valves in stainless steel dosing cylinders; ground stainless steel dosing units; discharge valve and tank support with height adjustment via gear motor; jar transport and selection unit via 2 screw conveyors (front/rear) with brushless motor control, adjustable in depth and height.
