Nuova Euromec‘s range of calibrating machines is designed for the sorting of confectionery products, including hard candies, filled candies, coated chewing gum (chiclets) in tablet form, lozenges, jelly products, and coated items.

The Aisi 304 stainless steel structure ensures hygiene, strength, and ease of cleaning. A loading hopper with an inclined vibrating plate and flow regulators ensures uniform and constant feeding.

Sorting takes place through calibration rollers. The system automatically divides the product into three categories: too thin, compliant (correct thickness), too thick (double, triple, or out of size). Compliant products can be discharged in-line toward packaging machines or metal detectors, or laterally for manual collection.

The machine is equipped with continuous speed adjustment, brakes and dampers to prevent product overlapping during the calibration phase, and manual adjustment of the distance between the rollers without tools.

Available capacities from 25,000 to 650,000 pieces/hour, depending on the product.
