Modular CM by P.E. Labellers is an automatic rotary labeling machine, ergonomic and modular, designed to ensure high flexibility in production lines requiring medium-to-low speeds. Its easily and quickly reconfigurable layout allows the machine to adapt to different line requirements, reducing changeover time.

Compact and robust, Modular CM is available in four sizes, from small to medium, and achieves production speeds of up to 9,000 BpH.

Its modular structure allows the installation of labeling stations with either self-adhesive or cold glue technology, which are interchangeable and can be replaced in just a few steps. The stations can be configured as fixed units or mounted on a modular carriage, offering numerous application possibilities.

The machine automatically manages production speed according to the flow of containers at the infeed and outfeed, ensuring operational continuity. It is compatible with cylindrical and shaped containers and enables front/ back applications, neck labels, I-, L-, and U-shaped tax seals, as well as wrap-around labels. The lift-up safety guards ensure full access to the working area; sensors installed on all doors immediately stop the machine if opened.
