Coveser motorized auger doser is a solution for filling of powders and granules.

Built entirely from stainless steel, it ensures full compliance with food-grade standards. The system includes a standard 40 kg hopper, which can be optionally upgraded to a 100 kg version for high-volume production lines.

It is equipped with motorized, removable deagglomerating blades to maintain product consistency, and a fully removable auger allowing fast, tool-free cleaning. An integrated load cell guarantees maximum dosing accuracy, with real-time weight feedback to minimize waste. The touchscreen operator panel allows for quick setup of dosing parameters and the saving of multiple product recipes, optimizing production and reducing changeover times.

Thanks to the adjustable height system, the doser accommodates packaging formats from 0,2 to 5 kg. Operator safety is ensured by a safety microswitch which instantly halts operation in case of accidental access.
