Sidel has been recognised in two categories of the SEAL (Sustainability, Environmental Achievement and Leadership) Business Sustainability Awards 2026. The first award went to EvoBLOW Laser, an innovative PET packaging solution that received the Sustainable Innovation Award, while the second award went to the new SWING® Evo tunnel pasteuriser, which won the Sustainable Product Award. Both awards highlight the revolutionary scope of Sidel’s solutions, which support beverage manufacturers by helping to shape a more sustainable future.
Launched in 2017, these awards “celebrate companies and leaders around the world who are making measurable contributions to sustainability and developing innovative initiatives that will have a positive impact on the environment for centuries to come”. Previous winners include Apple, IKEA and Adidas.
Sidel wins Sustainable Innovation Award with EvoBLOW Laser
EvoBLOW Laser is a revolutionary solution in terms of performance and sustainability: it drastically reduces downtime, improves PET distribution and control along the bottle to reduce material consumption, lowers energy consumption, reduces maintenance and cuts preform waste by approximately 50% compared to comparable halogen solutions. In addition, Sidel EvoBLOW Laser allows for greater and more efficient use of recycled PET (rPET) because it is less sensitive to variations in material properties. And when processes or heating settings do need to be adjusted, the adjustments are immediate and always guarantee consistent quality, from the first bottle to the last.

Sidel receives Sustainable Product Award for SWING® Evo tunnel pasteuriser
Sidel’s SWING® Evo pasteuriser offers significant sustainability benefits for beer and soft drink producers. Its counter-current configuration and dedicated water and heating circuits minimise heat loss and eliminate unnecessary circulation between tanks. Each module is controlled independently, allowing the system to adapt precisely to production requirements.
