{"id":242065,"date":"2026-10-13T11:26:11","date_gmt":"2026-10-13T09:26:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alimentibevande.it\/uncategorized\/birra-nuovo-investitore-per-baladin\/"},"modified":"2026-10-13T11:31:35","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T09:31:35","slug":"beer-new-investor-for-baladin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alimentibevande.it\/en\/imbottigliamento\/beer-new-investor-for-baladin\/","title":{"rendered":"Beer: new investor for Baladin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baladin.it\/en\/\">Baladin<\/a><\/strong> has closed <strong>a new \u20ac16.4 million funding <\/strong>round aimed at supporting the company\u2019s double-digit organic growth trajectory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investment was made by a Dutch entrepreneur active in the fintech sector, who acquired a significant\u2014albeit minority\u2014stake in the company, thereby becoming a long-term financial partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new funding round will support the Group\u2019s growth plan across four strategic areas: <strong>doubling industrial production capacity<\/strong>, <strong>accelerating commercial expansion<\/strong>, <strong>upgrading digital infrastructure<\/strong> and <strong>expanding the retail network with the opening of six new locations<\/strong>\u2014including two iconic new venues in Milan and Rome launching in the coming months\u2014to complement existing sites in Piozzo, Turin, Turin Airport, Rome, and Cuneo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, Baladin achieved a production volume of 27,000 hectoliters, with a growth rate exceeding the sector average. Present in 47 countries, the company operates via an omnichannel strategy featuring a B2B network of approximately 3,000 retailers and an e-commerce platform that has served 24,000 customers to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company projects 2026 revenues of \u20ac16 million\u2014a 10% increase over 2025\u2014driven in particular by the strong market reception of Botanic, Baladin\u2019s non-alcoholic beer. This funding round is also part of a broader corporate simplification initiative that envisions, at a later stage, integrating the restaurant operations\u2014which generate annual revenue of around \u20ac5.5 million under the Open Baladin brand\u2014into the Group\u2019s scope. This move is set to push total revenue beyond \u20ac22 million by the end of 2026. Following this transaction, Baladin will consolidate its beer production and retail management operations within a single Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The business plan therefore projects significant growth across industrial production, volume diversification, and the progressive expansion of retail operations. <strong>The goal is to achieve Group net revenues exceeding \u20ac 45 million by 2029<\/strong>, driven by volume growth, the diversification of distribution channels, and the gradual rollout of new Open Baladin venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today\u2019s transaction marks another milestone for Baladin, following a 2024 equity crowdfunding campaign that raised \u20ac5 million in just six days with the participation of over 2,300 investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>In 2024, we chose to open up the company\u2019s capital to grow alongside our community through a crowdfunding campaign. Today, we are particularly proud to announce a new phase of growth for Baladin and to welcome a major family office into our family\u2014a partner with whom we share a vision of long-term growth, sustainable development, and enduring value creation&#8221;, <\/em>stated <strong>Teo Musso, founder and CEO of Baladin<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>The entry of a new investor represents a major opportunity for Baladin, as it will enable us to achieve a significant step up in scale and substantially strengthen the growth path we have outlined\u2014both by increasing production and by expanding our retail network<\/em>\u201d, concludes<strong> Isaac Musso, Chairman and CEO of Baladin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baladin was the first company to produce a <strong>100% Italian beer<\/strong>, establishing an integrated national agricultural supply chain that begins with the cultivation of raw materials (over 95% of ingredients are produced in-house), extends through the production facilities, and concludes with a proprietary distribution network. The brewery also distinguished itself by being the first to engage with the restaurant sector, promoting beer as a gastronomic beverage to be rediscovered through sophisticated food pairings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The closing is scheduled for November and is subject to the completion of necessary approval processes by the relevant corporate bodies, as well as the fulfillment of
