A concrete example<\/strong>. In a continuous process plant, the quality parameter that guides the dosing comes from the laboratory with a delay of about two hours: the shift makes corrections based on past data. Elipsis has built a predictive model that estimates that parameter in-line based solely on the process data already available in the plant, validated by cross-validation on the historical series. No new sensors, no additional sampling. The shift now has the forecast two hours before the laboratory data and makes corrections while the product is still being processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
