{"id":240365,"date":"2026-09-07T10:24:49","date_gmt":"2026-09-07T08:24:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alimentibevande.it\/uncategorized\/sicurezza-alimentare-due-corsi-gratuiti-dellausl-di-modena\/"},"modified":"2026-09-07T10:30:53","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T08:30:53","slug":"sicurezza-alimentare-due-corsi-gratuiti-dellausl-di-modena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alimentibevande.it\/en\/food-safety\/sicurezza-alimentare-due-corsi-gratuiti-dellausl-di-modena\/","title":{"rendered":"Food safety: two free courses from the Modena AUSL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The<strong> Modena Local<\/strong> Health Authority is organising <strong>two free courses <\/strong>for <strong>food business operators<\/strong>, <strong>consultants <\/strong>and official <strong>inspectors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first event will be held on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausl.mo.it\/evento\/rte-classificazione-secondo-il-criterio-listeria-m-del-regolamento-ce-n-2073-2005\/\"><strong>8 October <\/strong><\/a>and will focus on the <strong>classification of ready-to-eat foods<\/strong> according to the\u00a0<em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em> criterion\u00a0provided for in <strong>Regulation (EC) 2073\/2005<\/strong>.
