During the meeting, fundamental aspects will be explored in depth, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>how the site inspection progresses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gathering relevant information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effective presentation of the proposal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling objections;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>follow-up and support for the decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course will then continue on <strong>23 September<\/strong> with the online practical workshop \u201c<strong>Facilitator in Action\u201d<\/strong>, a hands-on session dedicated to applications based on real-life cases, discussion among participants, operational feedback and consolidation of skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ENEA-SAIE Masterclass supports the development of skills in the construction and energy redevelopment sector, with the aim of training professionals capable of translating technical complexity into understandable value and supporting customers and clients in their choices related to energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the Masterclass is free of charge and is aimed at designers, technicians, installers, energy consultants and professionals in the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who register will receive the exclusive <strong>Facilitator Toolkit<\/strong>, full of checklists, objection maps and ready-to-use templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course will finally culminate in an <strong>in-person event at SAIE 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;(BolognaFiere, 7-10 October), with live challenges and simulations based on real cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participating in the Masterclass means updating your skills and joining an active community committed to strengthening the role of
