A pioneering vision that has helped redefine the very concept of alcohol-free beer: <strong>not an alternative, but a choice that offers quality, character and aromatic complexity<\/strong> &#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paulaner Weissbier 0.0% remains faithful to its original character: fresh, fragrant, immediate, with fruity notes of banana, hints of biscuit, a delicate touch of yeast, which defines its aromatic signature, and only 24 kcal per 100 ml. The result is a balanced, smooth profile, but rich in nuances, designed for a simple drink that is never dull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produced according to the traditional Paulaner method for top-fermented Weissbier, it is made from wheat and barley malts, Herkules hops, water and yeast. <strong>Only later is the alcohol removed through a particularly delicate process, designed to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the beer and keep its aromatic profile intact. <\/strong>The result is a 0.0% Weissbier with a full and natural taste, to be served cold, at around 7\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paulaner Weissbier 0.0%, available in a 50 cl format, both in cans and bottles, <strong>is part of the growing interest in quality non-alcoholic beers<\/strong>, which are increasingly present in everyday consumption. Thanks to its naturally isotonic profile, <strong>it is an ideal choice for breaks and recharging during the day<\/strong>, especially in the warmer months.
