The study&#8217;s main contribution is the definition of a modular architecture that integrates sensors, control systems, and machine learning models to support real-time decision-making. The approach enables key applications such as predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization, with particular attention to the most critical phases such as fermentation and cleaning (CIP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key aspect concerns <strong>the importance of high-resolution data for managing the variability of raw materials and the complexity of biological processes, typical elements of beer production<\/strong>. This makes it possible to reduce water and energy consumption, minimize waste, and improve process stability. In short, the study demonstrates that the transition to more sustainable production requires the integration of sensors, data, and algorithms: an approach that can also make microbreweries more
