{"id":238743,"date":"2026-07-07T09:59:50","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T07:59:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alimentibevande.it\/uncategorized\/carni-bovine-on-line-il-23-rapporto-sulletichettatura-facoltativa\/"},"modified":"2026-07-07T10:05:22","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T08:05:22","slug":"beef-the-23rd-report-on-voluntary-labelling-is-now-available-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alimentibevande.it\/en\/food-safety\/beef-the-23rd-report-on-voluntary-labelling-is-now-available-online\/","title":{"rendered":"Beef: the 23rd report on voluntary labelling is now available online"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry <\/strong>has published the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.masaf.gov.it\/flex\/cm\/pages\/ServeBLOB.php\/L\/IT\/IDPagina\/24834\">23rd Report on Voluntary Beef Labelling<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to standardise the collection and processing of data from the inspections carried out by the designated bodies, a standardised form has been in place since the first report was drawn up in 2003. Furthermore, the relevant department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry has reorganised the database and IT procedures to enable a comparative analysis of data from 2003 onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The standardisation of data collection methods and the creation of a digital archive, which has made it possible to establish a time series (2003\u20132025), has enabled the 2025 report to draw certain conclusions regarding the <strong>efficiency of controls <\/strong>across individual segments of the supply chain, as well as the discrepancy \u2013 again by supply chain segment \u2013 between the controls carried out and those provided for in the plans drawn up by the control bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This has also made it possible to highlight the <strong>flow of operators entering and leaving the voluntary labelling scheme<\/strong>, as well as the types of non-compliance identified across the various segments of the supply chain (farms, abattoirs, cutting plants, retail outlets and the organisations responsible for the production specifications themselves).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2025 report enabled an assessment to be
