In this context, Cavagnino & Gatti<\/a> <\/strong>has recently completed the delivery and commissioning of a new labelling machine<\/strong> for a leading Piedmontese wine producer<\/strong>, confirming its strong specialization in the labeling field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The labeller, designed for a production capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour<\/strong>, is dedicated to the application of self-adhesive labels on cylindrical and tapered glass wine bottles, ensuring precision and reliability across different formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The configuration includes two distinct set-ups<\/strong>: DOCG neck label, body label, seal, Russian tax stamp and back label; Neck label, body label, \u201cI\u201d-shaped seal and back label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The machine is equipped with a vision system featuring a camera <\/strong>for bottle orientation, allowing perfect label positioning based on specific references such as the glass seam, UV notch, cartouches or other distinctive elements on the container, thus guaranteeing a high-quality aesthetic result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After an initial start-up phase and rapid operator training, the machine quickly reached full operational status, ensuring excellent performances, high production stability and consistent reliability.
