A loading hopper with an inclined vibrating plate and flow regulators ensures uniform and constant feeding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorting takes place through <strong>calibration rollers<\/strong>. The system automatically divides the product into three categories: too thin, compliant (correct thickness), too thick (double, triple, or out of size). Compliant products can be discharged in-line toward packaging machines or metal detectors, or laterally for manual collection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine is equipped with <strong>continuous speed adjustment, brakes and dampers t<\/strong>o prevent product overlapping during the calibration phase, and manual adjustment of the distance between the rollers without tools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Available capacities<\/strong> from 25,000 to 650,000 pieces\/hour, depending on the product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CE compliant<\/strong>, guarantees safety, reliability,
