Designed to operate under extreme conditions, these <strong>linear and rotary systems<\/strong> are the ideal solution for critical applications such as <strong>dipping baths<\/strong>, where corrosion resistance and component protection are vital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to <strong>advanced materials and certified lubricants<\/strong>, they guarantee consistent performance even when fully submerged, <strong>drastically reducing downtime<\/strong> through the coating of bearing surfaces \u2013 a common practice in critical production environments with very stringent fluid resistance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>rollers <\/strong>can be coated with <strong>Corrotect <\/strong>to protect them from high atmospheric humidity or contact with water. Bearings with a retaining ring and<strong> Corrotect N <\/strong>coating are a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel bearings. Castors with <strong>TRIONDUR <\/strong>coating, which is extremely wear-resistant, offer maximum reliability in terms of operational safety. Furthermore, on request, functional coatings can be applied to our precision components and systems. These optimised surface properties improve the performance and service life of the components, increasing their resistance to cleaning agents and to deterioration caused by the foodstuffs themselves. For components that are also subjected to <strong>significant tribomechanical stresses<\/strong>, <strong>Triondur\u00ae<\/strong> coating systems produced using PVD or CVD processes are recommended. <strong>Insutect\u00ae<\/strong> coating systems are used almost exclusively for <strong>electrical insulation<\/strong>. The <strong>Sensotect\u00ae<\/strong> coating is important for <strong>Industry 4.0<\/strong> and the <strong>digitalisation of production processes<\/strong>. It enables the continuous measurement of force and torque in two-dimensional and three-dimensional component geometries.
