Components from the Visually Detectable range are easily identifiable with the naked eye, thanks to the absence of this colour in the environment in which they are generally used; the Metal Detectable components, on the other hand, incorporate a special additive that enables particles as small as 5\u00a0mm to be detected by metal detectors. Both ranges feature AISI 304 stainless steel inserts, which ensure mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while their compact shape makes them easy to clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The MRY SST HVD watertight adjustable handles <\/strong>are designed to meet the needs of industries in which hygiene and process safety play a crucial role. They ensure reliable performance even in particularly demanding environments, such as those found in the food industry. The grip, made from RAL 5005 Signal Blue technopolymer with a smooth finish, is combined with AISI 316 stainless steel components. The cavity-free design, combined with a surface finish with a roughness of Ra &lt; 0.8\u00a0\u03bcm, ensures that the product is highly cleanable. The sealing system integrated into the adjustment mechanism ensures an excellent seal, reducing the risk of infiltration and the build-up of residues, which are a potential source of contamination. The base and the articulated stem are made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide (PA)-based SUPER-technopolymer, in RAL 5005 signal blue. The system is completed by a sealing gasket made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), hardness 70 \u00b1 5 Shore A, also in RAL 5005 blue, and by an anti-slip disc made of NBR rubber, hardness 70 Shore A. The LY.A-STP-HVD foot (ELESA patent), supplied pre-assembled, is suitable for machinery and equipment that is subject to frequent washing with water jets or that operates in environments where liquids are present; it has been tested in accordance with ingress protection ratings IP65 and IP67. The cavity-free design, the smooth surface finish and the integrated seal on the stem ensure a high level of resistance to the ingress of liquids and contaminants, thereby facilitating maximum cleanability and preventing the accumulation of dust or debris at the junction points between the base and the swivel. The properties of the SUPER-technopolymer also provide high rigidity and mechanical strength, combined with a natural resistance to corrosion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elesa technologies: application and innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the display of its components, Elesa will also present demos of its suction cups and electronic position indicators with wireless connections and radio frequency data transmission, highlighting real-world, functional applications of its technologies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The suction cups allow gripping and manipulating products and packages <\/strong>of various shapes and sizes and are available in various compounds (oil-resistant rubber, silicone, natural rubber) and geometries (round, flat, elliptical, and bellows), making them suitable for both delicate products and heavier loads and on uneven surfaces. They can handle particularly delicate food products such as chocolates, biscuits, and eggs, as well as stickers, labels, and sheets of paper, or even heavy objects such as sheets of glass, ceramic, and marble. The range is completed with specific high-grip suction cups that ensure a high friction coefficient even in the presence of water and oil, suction cups for flow-pack packaging, vulcanized suction cups with increased tensile strength, and reinforced bellows suction cups for particularly heavy loads. Together with other Elesa vacuum components, such as suction cup holders and related accessories, they represent a highly flexible solution for various applications. The highly readable LCD display guides the operator through adjustments, while the high degree of protection, up to IP67, makes them suitable for industrial environments subject to frequent washdowns
