Regulation (EU) 2024\/1143<\/a> has been received by the Commission.
(3) The geographical indication \u2018Sapin de No\u00ebl du Morvan\u2019 should therefore be entered in the Union register of geographical indications,<\/p>\n\n\n\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 1<\/strong>
The geographical indication \u2018Sapin de No\u00ebl du Morvan\u2019 (PGI) is hereby entered in the Union register of geographical indications referred to in Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2024\/1143.<\/p>\n\n\n\nArticle 2<\/strong>
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
