The creation of this subsidiary represents a strategic milestone in the company\u2019s growth journey and underscores the importance of the Italian market, a benchmark for innovation and quality in the wine & spirits sector. The objective is to strengthen the company\u2019s direct presence in the territory and consolidate dialogue with wineries, distilleries, and industry operators<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new subsidiary will be led by Filippo Peroni as General Manager<\/strong>, with responsibility for coordinating and developing all activities across the Italian market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
