It is made from <strong>100% organic Italian wheat<\/strong>, slowly dried at <strong>45\u00b0\u201350\u00b0C<\/strong> and features a <strong>coarse extrusion process<\/strong>: the result of meticulous production that respects the rhythms of nature and Italian tradition.
