THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2024\/1143 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 on geographical indications for wine, spirit drinks and agricultural products, as well as traditional specialities guaranteed and optional quality terms for agricultural products, amending Regulations (EU) No 1308\/2013, (EU) 2019\/787 and (EU) 2019\/1753 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 1151\/2012, and in particular Article 64(2) thereof,
Whereas:
(1) Pursuant to Article 50(2), point (b), of Regulation (EU) No 1151\/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Germany\u2019s application for registration of the traditional speciality guaranteed \u2018Kr\u00e4uterhefe \/ Herbal yeast \/ Lievito di erbe \/ Levure d\u2019herbes \/ Levadura herbaria\u2019, which the Commission had received before the date of entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2024\/1143, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
(2) No statement of opposition under Article 61 of Regulation (EU) 2024\/1143, which is applicable to the application for registration in accordance with Article 90(6) of that Regulation, has been received by the Commission.
(3) The traditional speciality guaranteed \u2018Kr\u00e4uterhefe \/ Herbal yeast \/ Lievito di erbe \/ Levure d\u2019herbes \/ Levadura herbaria\u2019 should therefore be entered in the Union register of traditional specialities guaranteed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 1<\/strong>
The traditional speciality guaranteed \u2018Kr\u00e4uterhefe \/ Herbal yeast \/ Lievito di erbe \/ Levure d\u2019herbes \/ Levadura herbaria\u2019 (TSG) is hereby entered in the Union register of traditional specialities guaranteed referred to in Article 65 of Regulation (EU) 2024\/1143<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2<\/strong>
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
