The FCX Mega series melter<\/strong> is manufactured by MCM Massa<\/a><\/strong> for large-scale production. Designed for industrial use, it melts and maintains a constant, controlled temperature for products such as cocoa butter<\/strong>, cocoa mass<\/strong>, substitutes<\/strong>, and vegetable fats<\/strong>, ensuring thermal stability and product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heart of the machine is the electro-welded Aisi 304 stainless steel tank<\/strong>, featuring double walls and fireproof insulation, designed to reduce heat loss and optimize energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heated coil<\/strong> for supporting the blocks, combined with the independent heating systems for the tank and coil, accelerates melting times; while the forced circulation of hot water ensures uniform and precise temperature control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
